In the last 12 months, 164 single family homes were sold ranging in price from about $600,00 to $2 million with the average sales price of $968,000. The majority of the single family homes that sold in the last 12 months were 4 or 5 bedrooms with 2.5+ baths with the average price per square foot of $305. Most of the homes sold at approximately 2.94% under the original listed sales price with a few homes selling above the original sales price. The average square footage of the homes is about 3,165 sq. ft. with the average lot size being 7,250 sq. ft. All the homes that sold were built within the last 25 years.

Condos

In the last 12 months, 68 condos were sold ranging in price from about $300,00 to $700,000 with the average sales price of $466,000. All the condo were built in the 1999 or newer and average 2.5 bedrooms with mostly 2.25 baths. The average square footage was 1,550 sq.ft. and the average price per square foot was $300. The condos on average sold 2.85% under the original sales price.
