Location

Southeast San Clemente is located on the east side of the I-5 Freeway in the southern portion of San Clemente. The northern border is located just south of Avenida Presido and goes south until the San Clemente/ San Diego County border. The western border is the I-5 Freeway and the eastern border is just east of Calle Ameno. The neighbors surrounding Southwest is Southwest to the west, Central to the north and Rancho San Clemente to the east.

The average square footage of the homes is about 2,300 sq. ft. with a few luxury homes over 5,000 sq. ft. The average lot size was rather large at 12,676 sq. ft. and most of the homes were built in the 1970’s or 1980’s.

The majority of the condos that sold were 2 bedrooms with 2 baths with about 1,200 sq. ft.
