Selecting your agent is a very important step in buying your home.  The agent should be familiar with the area you are interested in buying your home in and should help you narrow down and focus your search.  The agent should be doing most, if not all, of the work in finding you the home that most closely fits your wants and needs and that matches with what is available on the market.
