Buying  A Home: Offer Acceptance

When your offer has been accepted, it is simultaneously the most thrilling and anxious period.  You feel great that you got the home you wanted, but the clock is ticking on going through the checklist of what needs to be done in the time you have.  You need to find a home inspector to do the home inspection, find the best rate from a lender, find homeowners insurance and possibly hire an appraiser. You don’t need to worry because we will be there to make sure everything is lined up for the close of escrow.
