Home Inspection
Buying A Home: Home Inspection
After you have been notified by your agent that the seller has accepted your offer, a home inspection is the first item you should have done. Typically, the contingency for home inspection is 17 days, so you have that time to make sure the home you are about to buy is in good condition – primarily structurally and visually. The typical home inspection will run a few hundred dollars but it is well worth it when you factor in the size of the investment you are making.
