Kristin Moran

Kristin Moran is the firm’s broker. She is an Orange County native, born and raised in Villa Park, California. Kristin completed her undergraduate studies at San Diego State University. She graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2003, earning a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Marketing. Kristin completed her graduate studies at Chapman University School of Law, obtaining her Juris Doctor degree in 2006 with an emphasis in environmental, land use and real estate law. She has been a member of the California State Bar and practicing attorney since 2007. 

In 2010, Kristin received her real estate broker’s license. Her legal background provides a unique insight when evaluating contracts, negotiating and closing sales. She is charismatic, honest, dedicated and hardworking. Her straightforward style is sure to make you rest easy in knowing you are getting all the information to help you make your best decision.
