Selling A Home: Sale Price

The listing price of your home is ultimately your decision.  How you come up with that price is up to you, but with our help.  Some of the factors you might want to consider is whether it is a seller’s market or a buyer’s market  Are there more people looking to buy homes than there are homes for sale? Or is the exact opposite true? Or there might be a stable market where the two side are about equal.  Look at the comparables in your area.  Your agent should be able to provide you with these so you can see what homes have been selling for and compare them to your house.  No two homes are going to be the same, so there is some art in trying to figure out the right sales price.
