Our Family Company

Our company is born from family. We are a close-knit group that live next door to each other and do most activities together. Rarely does a day go by without seeing each other and spending time together. Matthew and Kristin Moran are brother and sister. Matthew is married to his college sweetheart, Deniza. Aubrey is Kristin and, husband, Kris’ daughter and absolute pride and joy.

About four years ago, we were looking to purchase real estate in our respective areas – Matt and Deniza in the Los Angeles area and Kris and Kristin in Orange County. The market seemed like a tough place to navigate for newcomers. The more we discussed it, the more we felt that going through the first-time purchase experience would be easier if we did it together. Our adventure together evolved into a search for an investment property. We eventually came by a duplex in San Clemente. We purchased it, renovated it and moved in. It didn’t take long for us to fall in love with San Clemente. We decided to start a real estate company in this town that we love and do it the best way we know how…as a family.
